Bianca Almedina is a Senior Vice President on Kasirer's Nonprofit Team, where she co-leads the firm's nonprofit practice and advises leading nonprofit organizations on government relations, public funding, and legislative strategy.

Bianca specializes in securing public investment that enables nonprofit organizations to expand their facilities, strengthen their programs, and increase their impact. Her expertise spans capital campaigns, real estate acquisitions, and legislative advocacy across New York City's cultural, human services, workforce development, housing, and mental health sectors. She has secured millions of dollars for cultural institutions to reimagine their headquarters, helped organizations navigate public funding for major property acquisitions, expanded programmatic support from the New York City Council and New York State Legislature to grow clients' service capacity, and helped transition an innovative mental health pilot program from philanthropic support into a baselined government-funded initiative.

Prior to joining Kasirer, Bianca served at the New York City School Construction Authority and as Deputy Chief of Staff to Council Member Diana Ayala, where she managed capital, budget, legislative, and land use initiatives.

A Brooklyn native, Bianca holds a Master of Public Administration from NYU Wagner and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hunter College. In 2024, she was recognized as one of City & State's NYC 40 Under 40.
